APEARCE Academy: Tinker Grants Fueling Fish Filleting Expertise

On December 7th, a fish filleting training session was conducted at APEARCE, covering the production costs of filleting, fish chop cutting, grinding fish fillet, and vacuum packing of the different products obtained.

This training, funded by Tinker, was led by Mr. Herman and two colleagues from the same organization. Seven members of the "Delfines del Caribe" organization gained valuable knowledge during this session, which they plan to replicate in their community for a greater impact.
