The Honduran Institute of Tourism (IHT) in collaboration with Honduran chef, Carolina Barrientos, provided a gastronomy training on new cooking techniques, customer service, and new recipes to the staff and members of the Laru Beya restaurant in Cayo Mayor East End.
The goal was to improve the quality and presentation of our delicious dishes!
Some of our main entrees: Conch soup, rice & beans, fried fish, shrimps, and some other traditional sides, such as rice and mashed potatoes.
Our kitchen staff turned out very happy and proud with their results!
